Private wine experiences with Skurnik

Go beyond the bottle.

KNOWN Access

Through our relationship with Skurnik Wines & Spirits, KNOWN can curate private wine experiences around exceptional producers, bottles and people — tailored to the interests of each guest or group.

It is not a tasting menu of a wine list. Some clients want an hour with someone who can explain what they have been drinking for years. Others want a table, a producer in the room, and no agenda beyond the conversation.

Tell us who is coming and what they already love. We work out what the cellar, the calendar and the people can actually support.

Why it's KNOWN

Some experiences begin with a booking. This one begins with a relationship. We start with producers, bottles and the people behind them, then build the experience around what the cellar and calendar can actually honour.

Why New York

New York pours from everywhere. Producers pass through on their way to their own markets, and the city's cellars hold what most of the world only reads about.

Why KNOWN — access

The relationship is with the importer, not a venue — which means the conversation starts with producers and bottles rather than a room for hire. It also means we will say when a producer is not in the country or a bottle is not there to be opened.

What might be possible

  • 01Private tastings shaped around a subject rather than a script
  • 02Conversations with winemakers and importers when they are in town
  • 03Access to rare and exceptional bottles, subject to what exists
  • 04Wine dinners built with a kitchen we already work with
  • 05Private wine education for a couple or a group

Illustrative, not a package. Every element is confirmed against the date, the party and what the partner can honour.

Good to know

  • These are examples of what may be possible, not a fixed set of products.
  • Producer availability follows travel and harvest calendars; we confirm against your dates.
  • Rare bottles depend entirely on what is genuinely in the cellar at the time.
