A night at the Glass House

Make Long Island yours for the night.

KNOWN Access

Through a private relationship with the owners, KNOWN can arrange an overnight stay at one of Long Island's most distinctive private residences — creating an entirely bespoke escape just beyond New York City.

The house is the beginning, not the itinerary. We shape the stay around the client — how they arrive, what they do with the day, and what happens once the doors close for the evening.

Depending on the request, KNOWN can explore additional experiences around the stay: a table, a cellar, a drive east, a quiet night with nothing on it at all.

Why it's KNOWN

Some places aren't discovered through a search. They're opened through a relationship. KNOWN can arrange access to the Glass House through our relationship with its owners, then shape the stay around the person we're arranging it for.

Why New York

An hour or two from Manhattan the light changes, the noise stops, and the same trip becomes something else entirely — without leaving New York.

Why KNOWN — access

This is a private house, not inventory. Access comes from a relationship with the owners, which is also why we will tell you plainly when a date cannot be held rather than keeping a conversation open.

What might be possible

  • 01An overnight stay at a private architectural residence
  • 02Private dining arranged within the house
  • 03A curated wine experience alongside the evening
  • 04Transportation from Manhattan and back
  • 05A day on the East End, shaped around the client
  • 06Art, design or cultural access nearby
  • 07A private celebration — or a completely quiet night away

Illustrative, not a package. Every element is confirmed against the date, the party and what the partner can honour.

Good to know

  • These are examples of what KNOWN may be able to explore, not inclusions.
  • Access depends entirely on the owners and the dates in question; nothing is held until it is confirmed in writing.
  • The house is a private residence and is treated as one, in how it is used and how it is discussed.
